Greg Kost
Managing Principal

Since 1994, Greg has been actively engaged in the development and management of commercial real estate with TOLD Development Company. The experience and knowledge gained from the successful development, ownership and management of office buildings, shopping centers, and other land developments for the Company's owned portfolio and for that of third parties, provides a solid foundation upon which to respond to the challenges facing real estate today. As a Managing Principal of the Company, Greg is responsible for managing the Milwaukee office and Co-Managing the Company's business operations.

Greg earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both accounting and finance. Prior to returning to school for his Master's degree, Kost was a corporate accountant for Quad Graphics. Greg currently holds a real estate broker license in Wisconsin, and is a member of NAIOP - the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), and the Waukesha County Business Alliance. In addition to being a member of several professional organizations, Greg serves as a board member for NAIOP-WI, as the Wisconsin Idea Exchange and Alliance Program Planning Committee Co-Chair for ICSC, and as a Finance Committee and Board Member for Franciscan Villa, a C.H.I. continuum care community.
